I grew up watching my grandmother turn a stick of butter and a pound of sugar into the dessert that ran every Sunday table. Cake by the Pound is the bakery I built around those memories — Southern soul, Abu Dhabi address, and a side of pink. Every cake leaves my kitchen baked to order, plated with care, and pretty enough to make the table go quiet for a second.
